Your opinion

Payday Loan businesses currently charge as much as 300% on small loans to hold people over until their next paycheck. Colorado legislators say that is greedy and want to put an cap of no more than 36% on those loans.

Should government tell a business how much interest they can charge on a legal product like payday loans?

  • Yes - 300% interest is obnoxious
  • No - businesses can charge whatever people are willing to pay
